View Full Version : eating liver
I recently started to eat 350g of beef liver with my last meal of the day. Is there any potential problem with eating that much liver? We all know that the high cholesterol content is not bad for your health. What about high cholesterol while on cycle?
any info?
after reading this I will cut down to once a week.

I would be worried about high uric acid levels with that amount of liver each day.Maybe go with dessicated liver tabs(Argentinian) instead?

anyone who knows about nutrition will not eat organ meat, especially liver.
The liver contains all the toxins from the animal it came from, and you want to ingest that?
ok ok i wont eat liver anymore.. it just taste so good..

I absolutely love liver and sadly I don't know a meat cutter or butcher that will touch it :(
The feeding process in commercial feedlots often leads to liver damage and cancers of the liver in their cows. tren, estrogen, testosterone, antibiotics, and corn all stress the poor liver.
I'm likely headed for the grass fed, no antibiotic, farm raised/finished alternative on this one as I really do like liver.
