I noticed the flushing, but my workouts were the same with or without it.

I just used up close to the 1kg jar I had of beta-alanine. It sucks to say that I never found it made much of a difference. I was using up to 10 grams a day to really give it a chance. But it seems to work for some people, maybe it`s better for endurance sports. It`s also inexpensive when you buy it in bulk, so maybe it `s worth a shot.
Jeez 10g ! If I take in 2.5-3g I'm iching for a few hours .

But 10 grams spread out like: 2-3 grams before breakfast, 2-3 grams pre workout, 5 grams post workout. I also eperimented with a few grams before the second post workout meal.
It's still in your system . I just don't think I could handle that much in a day .

I'm currently taking 10g's beta-alanine along with 10g's CEE split into 2 doses everyday and it's better strength and endurance. The Beta-alanine is more for endurance, and recovery but also helps power output. I've also read it takes 12 weeks to fully saturate your body with Beta-alanine, i've doing 10g's a day as that's what Charles Poliquin recommends, hard to say if it's more effective than the 5g's i was taking. I do love this stuff though creatine+beta-alanine is a wicked stack.

i been taking 2-3g ed but im on cycle so i cant really say if its helping alot or not but its cheap why not.
i do get some tingling somtimes.

I get that pins and needles feeling in my face, and a bit itchy, hard to say how well it works other than that though.

I feel it working, particularly well on deadlift day and when I do cardio. Cardio seems to not really tire me out as much as it used to. Specific to deadlifts, I find that working up to a one-rep max is made a lot easier and can be done a lot more quickly with B-A. The tingling isn't too bad for me... I'm doing 4g before and 4g after workout.

One my favourite new supps. that is cheap in bulk.
I started off using it 4x daily at 1.6g a serving. Now I just use it 1.6g pre-exercise & 1.6g intra-exercise.
