So im looking to change up my routine to lifting 4x a week.. mon-wed-fri-and sat or sun..
I have a messed shoulder so I cant lift Chest for a while.. everything else is fine with no pain. So i was thinking of trying out splitting back into 2 day.. width and thickness.. iv never tried this but heard it works great.. and i could use some better lats!
Any ideas?

Let your shoulder rehabilitate and regain all it's strength within the muscles and joints. Continuing lifting can just cause further problems or affect you really negatively down the road. Take a week or two and let it rest. Even when working back your shoulder joints are stressed.

If you feel it's necessary to workout, go blast your legs.
