If you can't pick up the 110lb db's from the rack , then don't take them and try to do incline presses with them. Yes , we notice and yes your weak.
Then pick up the 95's thinking you will do something , but nope . You got 3 with horrible , horrible form .
Drop to the 50's .

Try to maintain your sense of humor. It's hard to watch people hurt themselves but most of the time they are pretty insistent.
One the positive side most of them will be gone in another 2 weeks.
its like people doing reverse flies.. I mean seriously you are not supposed to actually try to fly.. This little asian fella at my gym thinks he is a butterfly.

Reverse flyes are my favourite exercise right after weighted butt clenching.
Get with the program.

Where do people pick up these bad habits? There is this one young guy probably 18 or 19 at my gym that lifts with the worst form I have ever seen, The other day he was doing dumbell rows with 100 pounds, with everymuscle he had he moved the bell 4 inches total maybe. And then stares at everyone lifting any noticeable amount of weight, he literally stopped and watched me complete a full set of squats before countinuing. Hopefully he learns a little about correct form from me.

Yesterday in the gym I saw this kid trying to bench 225....He literally brought the bar down 2"s and back up with his friend helping him for like 5 reps...I felt like saying drop it to 185 and do 5 real reps pussy. On a side note I broke a record for myself yesterday 100 pound dumbbells for incline bench for 8 reps without a spotter!
