Well I dont need help actually, I just hate it when I pull a dart out and blood comes spurting out.

This morning I was shooting 2ml into my delt, I might have gone a little low on the delt but it went in. As I was pulling the needle out after the shot...........phsssssss! blood shoots out all over the bathroom floor. A bit scary at first as I wasnt expecting it. But it stopped, put pressure on it followed by some warm compresses. Now I have a small hard area almost like a pimple at the injection site. Maybe nicked a vein, blood vessel?

Happens to me when I inject more than 1.5 cc per site!

I did this a few time from a Glute shot.See this is why the gear is bad for you,and plus we could die from taking it.

I'm not sure if this actually helps but after I inject I leave the needle inside for about 20-30 seconds and never got the blood spurts.

It happens whenever you create a high pressure inside the muscle. By injecting a certain volume, you are increasing the pressure within the fascia, and that pressure needs to go somewhere to release... and where does it go? Right outside the hole you just punch (your weakest point)...

The small hard lump you feel that sort of looks like, or feels like a pimple, is just some oil that leaked out of your injection site, and it is now caught underneath your skin, and outside of the muscle. It will disperse over time. No worries.

It happened to me once and I freaked out only becasue there was valuable gear in that blood. Now I don't mix compounds in the same syringe, and try to keep them smaller than 2ml

I believe there was an injection technique to help avoid this problem. The z fold or something like that. It consists of pinching the skin to make it into a z and then injecting through it. Upon removal of the needle, you let go of the skin and it folds back over the whole in the muscle keeping all gear and blood in.

Anyone have the image showing this? I remember seeing it a long time ago.

Granted, it's a great technique, but try using it on your delt shots or your glute shots. It is biomechanically impossible. Your arms and your body just don't bend that way... LOL.

I think I could manage a delt shot that way but forget a glute shot. I can't do a normal inject on my left cheek without destroying it and my right requires so much concentration that I start to sweat.

...and tris and bis too. Forget about it. I can only see that technique working for chest and quad shots, and calves.
