I'd probably get kicked out of that gym every single day. Did anyone ever go to that gym? Seems like the stupidest idea ever. Notice how the "trainer" says the grunts are not needed for a good workout when he probably never had a real workout session himself.

I grunt a bit only on the heaviest of sets but definitely not on every set and it's not a massive war cry either.
Some guys take it way too far grunting with everything they do. You got to remember that you're in a public place and acting like a douche bag cause you want attention is not cool.

what I mean by that is when the strongest guy in the gym can get by without much fan fare while the little **** face needs to carry on like a caged animal there is a problem.

Bigger guys rarely carry on because they're big and they know they're the shit. Small little puke ****s like Daande feel the need to carry on like a whore crying out for attention.
