..right there with you buddy...worst is my timing doesnt coincide with lunch hour, so i hang out in the food court with a bottle of water... at my table my friends have plates of XL slice pizza with bacon, shawarma platters, chinise noodles and general tso chicken, macaroni salad, club sandwiches, poutine, etc etc....then i think of how cheating will only lead to an increase in cardio, and that keeps me in check

my mistake was I missed my morning cardio so I did it at night and it brougth on the hunger. drank some lemon water and went to sleep,
pff wait till you start cardio 2x a day

What he said. I still have anotherr 6 weeks of 1 a day cardio. only at 50 minutes right now. I'm probably going the full 16 weeks this year.

Been dieting since mid December. Dieted through Christmas! Dieted through an Anniversary and four Birthday Parties. Dieting while fishing 18-26 hour work days, at 100g's of carbs/day and 45 minutes cardio pwo. Man up!
You eat 100 grams of carbs a day? Wow, I could probably get a whole chocolate cake in there. I'm at around 40 and week 3. Long way to go.

mmm, cheat meal. I try to keep it to a normal cheat meal rather than a massive one. I learned the hard way last time round. It takes me days to recover from carbohydrate gluttony when I'm doing a keto diet. Now it's either pasta or a potato with the fixings or something yummy but I don't try to eat 3 pizzas for a cheat meal. Usually about 12-1500 calories with about a third being carbs.
I may try a diet more similar to yours next year. This year I'm coming down from 19% (up from 10). I'm hoping that if I can get solidly into the single digits 7-8 then my fat me next winter will be closer to 12%.

I see... ya I just find with a low carb diet, it`s easier to hold on to your physique once you`re there. I can`t imagine holding out a keto diet for months on end..
