I am finishing a 4 month of

350mg/week Test E
280mg/week EQ

I did gain about 12 pound of lean mass but for the next one i am looking to gain about 5pound but help with recovery and I want to keep it simple and below 700mg/week

How good would this be

350mg/week Test E 1-16
200mg/week NPP 1-16
30mg/ED Anavar 6-16

my goal is to become a bit leaner, and getting my strength up. Cardio need to stay up.

Seems like overkill if you wanna gain 5 pounds only.
Your test dosage alone should do it..

Test + npp would give me too much bloat for mma. Why not test, masterone, and winstrol, but lower doses than what you did there?

i have run that before and it was awesome. low dose too, 1/2cc each of prop&mast EOD and 10mg winny ED.

Test + npp would give me too much bloat for mma. Why not test, masterone, and winstrol, but lower doses than what you did there?

I`m not expert here, but winstrol is known to be hard on the joints, not something you`d want to take while doing mma. I think you should try a low dose of tren with the test.

Tren's not good for your cardio = not good for MMA either.

you guys need to understand that I am doing about 6 hours a high intensity cardio a week, and 4 hours of weight training being 1 session of strength upper body, one of lower body and 2 session of circuit resistance.

I would gain 5 pound on a bodybuilding routine, but its a different animal when 80% of your training is in the +20 or -4 rep range. Especially if you burn all your calories sparring.

with the cycle i am just finishing, I had 0 water retention, can this mean my gear was underdosed. I am 0 sodium in my diet, but high carbs, pasta , potatoes, rice.

Tren's not good for your cardio = not good for MMA either.

You`re right, I wasen`t thinking clearly. Was just thinking of the leaning and aggression affect.

The only thing I can see with your cycle is to make sure you anavar is legit. Sometimes var is faked with winny or something else so just ensure that it is legit.

take it......if your joints hurt like hell after a few weeks and you feel like youve been poisoned then you got ripped off......

MMA needs test and Var or test and EQ. 3 stack will run in to too much RBC count. Just IMO.

Why? You're doing MMA. Test and EQ is more than enough unless you're fighting Pro. Drugs ain't a shortcut bro, and you know that.

I was just getting exited with trying new compound. You are right. Maybe I should stick to what have been successful so far and run test-eq again in 5 months.

i have never had lethargy (or sore joints for that matter) from winny, it is one of my favorites. it didnt slow ben johnson down any:D

really? what was he on? i thought he tested positive for stanozolol? the doc bragged that he had a custom super mixture that turned out to be just winny no?

*edit*, ah i see francis claimed johnson was really using furazabol. i tore my calf skipping while taking that shit.

Thank you, youre pretty awesome too. Im gonna try and do a couple of boxing or muay thai fights this summer, my collarbone its currently seperated from my sternum and grappling is ****ing painful. If all goes well I plan to do AFC in June and KOTC by fall.
