How to Pose?

Is there any video's on how to pose properly. With all the mandatorys and maybe some auxiliaries? I found some on various sites but none are very comprehensive. Got a load of movies of shows, which has been a big help but looking for more of an instructional video.

Any suggestions?

I can't help myself, the last routine I saw kai do he was doig a handstand with his legs spread while wiggling his butt. I know he's got talent but the boy wierds me out.

I think that was the 2009 arnold classic. I have seen this one before tho, solja boy haha. Just a terrible song! I got to get a song that goes well with my physique.
