Sorry if this is a stupid question guys.

I just recieved my first order. 10 lbs of choc isolate, 10 lbs of vanilla isolate, 5 of dextrose and 5 of creatine monohydrate

for the isolate, one is to mix one big scoop (that came provided with the bag) with what, 8-10 ounces of water?

also, i have some baking measuring spoons that have measurements in ml's.

if i wanted to add 5mg of creatine to my shake, would a 5ml spoon be the same thing?

5 grams of creatine should=a teaspoon in terms of mesurements. The first time I took creatine, I messed up and was using tablespoons and did a loading phase. So on my first day, I took 15 grams of creatine 5 times. Yes, that`s 75 grams and thought I was going to die, while my mom looked at me all worried saying " I told you not to take that stuff," lol... But then a week later I`d gained about 10lbs and was like "Boom take a look at this hunk of mass.."

As far as water content for your shake it`s all personal preference. The more water you put in the more watery the taste will be. So 1 scoop is going to taste very watery, but that`s just me. I love the taste of ts protein (2 scoops) with abou 300ml of water. Tastes like a milkshake, hands down the best whey iso/concentrate I`ve ever tasted.

Hey bro, Ritch pretty much hit the nail on the head.

I would also suggest to not leave creatine in liquid for extend periods of time as creatine tends to convert into creatinine.

Thanks for your business bro...and thanks Ritch for quick reply!

What I prefer to do to maximize protein awesomeness is to put 2 scoops of protein into a large glass and slowly add water while stirring back and forth quickly. When it's full, turn your tap off and continue stirring. Then permit it to settle for about 15 seconds, then enjoy. Removes any clumping you might be used to. This ritual helps the product taste a little more wholesome and creamy... guaranteed!

yup! What i do is "spoon" the creatine right in my mouth and wash it down with water.

This works for BCAAs quite well too!
