this guy was standing in the lobby at the hotel at Nationals and he was all white! and kinda freaked out... it seems the airline wouldn't liet him bring his protan with him on the plane! (carry on).. so he showed up white as a ghost.. We happened to have an extra bottle of protan and gave it to him morning of Nationals!. lol... he is super nice! was very thankful
