my evil machine will not win!!!!

Ok so I just joined a new gym, that has much better equipment then my last one. It is a Golds gym so yea, lots of "big" guys working out there. Well here I go checking out new different equipment and what do I find??? A evil stair thing. Not sure what it is really called, sorry. It is a stair master thing that instead of pedals has actual stairs that come down one by one. I am a newbie to this machine, so I click the "random" button and almost go FLYING in to the wall behind it, lol. I am not going to let this "machine" win, I am up to 6mins on it and by the end of 6mins my legs and butt hurt. Wondering if any other women use a similer machine and how they like it??? As I know the hurt means its working, and all I think of is " my bum will look hot!" lol.

i use one of those. takes a bit of getting used to but i like it, it doesn't let you get lazy.

Oh yeah the never ending stairs that just keep going!!! LOL I always tried to vary that up by doing every step then trying every other step. The gym I'm at now doesn't have one.

But we do have a Jacob's Ladder! That is cool too!
