Whole chickens instead of chicken breast.

How much more fat is in a whole chicken if you remove the skin, compared to a chicken breast?

I'm trying to get free range chicken breast and pretty much no one has any. I found one place and they won't have any until fall.

But if you are bulking it's a great idea imho. Factory chicken is not only scary but it tastes like poo. When my diet is over I'll definitely be buying my roasters from a local farmer.
