My training partner will be looking to cut within a couple months. He will be using Clen to compliment a clean diet and plenty of cardio. He intends to use Clen two weeks on followed by two weeks followed by two weeks on etc etc... how long can he safely do this before needing to take extended time off from Clen?
Any advice related to the question or to cycling Clen in General would be appreciated.

After repeated use, even with 2 on/2 off cycling he will see less returns for his efforts due to increased tolerance.
There is no definitive answer to your question but being responsible and not running it too long is the best insurance policy. Personally I wouldn't run it for longer than two 2 week cycles. ie, 2 on / 2 off / 2 on / off.

imo you should just use it until you don't feel it working anymore, so generaly that would be about 3-4 weeks of use, and then just take a week off and do it again... the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off thing dosn't make sense to me, by the time you assess your tolerance you only have a week to use it until having to take 2 weeks off again, that's just a waste.

Thanks for the advice. He's never ran Clen before. When you say till you stop feeling it working are you refering to the shaking hands etc...?
If used properly is this shit dangerous? I'm usually the guy doing hours upon hours of research but my time has been limited lately, so once again thanks for your help guys.

He should run the clen straight through for the length of the diet..up to 16 weeks. There is no reason to do 2 on 2 off....the receptors will not down regulate significantly and your fat loss will be much less...just taper up slowly. Start at 20mcg twice daily and increase by 20mcg every two weeks until you reach 120mcg daily...leave it there until the diet is completed then taper off.
Just because you dont feel any sides does not mean it is not working...it is.

Thanks Praetorian. I commented to my friend about you. You seem to know what your talking about with this shit. He'll be checking this thread frequently. Feel free to add any other info you think may be helpful.

This may be a stupid question but do you need a PCT with Clen at all? And if so what kind would you need.

No pct is needed. Tapering down as P said, should take care of any problems you could run into.

Great advise....This is how i ran it last yr and im sure it worked the whole duration...Some say take benadryl as it helps with receptor downregulation...Not sure if this is still in vogue or not, but i did do the benadryl for a week at a time......

Personally i've run it straight through like this and every other way and now prefer the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Works best for me, especially the first week. I've also replicated my personal experience on others and this has only strengthened my conviction on the issue. But to each his own. Granted i also don't do Keto as i am also a carb cycler.

2 weeks on 2 weeks off means you only get 8 weeks of use out of the clen...or 50% of the fat burning ability. The human body does not attenuate to clenbuterol that fast when ramping up slowly. This is a incorrect perception based on diminishing side effects. People assume that since the sides have dissipated the clen has stopped working...incorrect assumption. The key to running clen correctly is to prevent this attenuation to begin with. This is the reason for the slow ramp up which takes as long as 8 to 10 weeks. Most guys ramp up way to qucikly and the body has little chance to do anything but attenuate and the effects are lost quickly ie 2 weeks. You cannot logically equal the amount of fat lost in 16 weeks with a slow ramp up to running clen for 8 weeks with a quick ramp up...the gap is too great.
