-Frequently compare yourself with others
-Hate you reflection
-Become distressed if you miss a workout session or one of your many meals a day
-Become distressed if you do not receive enough protein per day in your diet
-Take potentially dangerous anabolic steroids
-Neglect jobs, relationships, or family because of excessive exercising
-Have delusions of being underweight or below average in musculature.
-Inject appendages with fluid (e.g. synthol)
If you answered Yes to one or more of these you have, Muscle dysmorphia.

I would have answered similar to you Kloan. I do check myself in the mirror often and compare to others but I know I look damn good! lol

Not any more (except for #8). But when I was 19-24ish:
1. yes, to the tune of 1-2 hours a night every night before bed.
2. no (but ALWAYS comparing to where I thought I should be and getting down on myself for not being there already).

I believe my current body dysmorphia is far healthier than my previus body dysmorphia!!
im only a little dysmorphic... 3.5 yesses
