Mine is from Presidents Choice.It has 1 carb per tablespoon..or 5 calories insread of 20 for the heinz version.It tastes very good too

U can get it in the diabetic section at most stores, near the supplements at WallyMart. Sorbee is the brand I think. Good stuff

Last night after my cardio, i had no interest in the gym, the lathargy is pretty tough, so i listened to my body and went to bed at 11 last night, I felt great this morning, popped a forged burner and hit another 45 minutes of cardio this morning. I'll do back tonight!!!!

Wow i finally slept last night, i woke up at 330 but got right back to sleep, i'm really happy with the forged burner, such an even energy feel!!!!! cardio has been a breeze since ive started using it. It has helped combat the lathargy (BTW im sick of frekin saying Lathargy). I have a 12 hr day at work tomorrow, so probs just 2 cardio sessions!!!!!

Well its half way through my work day (shhh i'm not posting here while at work) Now that I'm a few days into the Forged burner, eating has been tough lol, Luckily i barely eat any solid food, eggs, ground meat and shakes.

So i had my stress test today, He tried to kil me lol, they got my heart rate up to 190 !!!!
So what hes sees is there is no blockage, but there is a build up, so hes putting me on crestor for 2 months then more bloodwork and tests. As it sits there is no need for surgery

Delayed onset muscle soreness
Ok so everyone is a little different, my thoughts are rather than follow a set schedule of what i do on each day, i rather hit a muscle group as soon as it is ready.
Now i hit chest (my weakest part) on Monday, and normally i couldnt hit it for 5-6 days. My doms usually is not the next day but 2 days after, well its 2 days after and im really not sore.
Im thinking of hittting a few exercises on chest before i hit shoulders today, i tweaked my back a lil last nite (check previous days post to figure out why lol)
thoughts ideas welcome!!!

Through Linus Pauling's research is shown to work with vitamin C to help reduce cholesterol
Vitamin C
Vitamin C is required for the synthesis of collagen, an important structural component of blood vessels, tendons, ligaments, and bone. Vitamin C also plays an important role in the synthesis of the neurotransmitter, norepinephrine. Neurotransmitters are critical to brain function and are known to affect mood. In addition, vitamin C is required for the synthesis of carnitine, a small molecule that is essential for the transport of fat into cellular organelles called mitochondria, where the fat is converted to energy (1). Research also suggests that vitamin C is involved in the metabolism of cholesterol to bile acids, which may have implications for blood cholesterol levels and the incidence of gallstones (2).
Vitamin C is also a highly effective antioxidant. Even in small amounts vitamin C can protect indispensable molecules in the body, such as proteins, lipids (fats), carbohydrates, and nucleic acids (DNA and RNA), from damage by free radicals and reactive oxygen species that can be generated during normal metabolism as well as through exposure to toxins and pollutants (e.g., cigarette smoke). Vitamin C may also be able to regenerate other antioxidants such as vitamin E . One recent study of cigarette smokers found that vitamin C regenerated vitamin E from its oxidized form.
Again in Linus Pauling's research, High doses of Vitamin c can radically reduce bad cholesterol levels.

My eating plan for this next cycle, wont be a huge depature from what i have been eating, but i'll be re-introducing carbs into my diet. The last time i added carbs the rebound was big, so i'll be easing back in, some am carbs with a need2slin, 1 cup of rice pre-workout and waxy maise post workout with another need2slin

The plan was arms today, but with chest tomorrow which ill add tri's to, i decided to just hit biceps quickly, i also going to experiment with some higher intensity cardio with shorter durations. Definately a departure from what i have done, but you wont know what works the best till you try different things

Time has been an issue lately, thats why i havent been on, i checked out some last night though, as far as spam, because i described my supps? Most are from a smaller company out of Mass. Needtobuildmuscle. On other boards i get asked alot about them, so i figured id describe what i was taking. Surely u dont think i was spamming for Vitamin C and aspirin as well?
I Post on a few boards because its great to get such a wide variety and opinions, deff gonna spend some more time here as well

I hear ya, inj would be ideal, yes its HRT, they sent me to 2 doctors before offering that, theyre pretty tight around here, i get more bloodwork done in a month, so we'll see if theres any effects

went 35 min keeping my HR around 145-155 bpm.
Eating is still tough now that the meals are even bigger , one of my employees (whos 330llbs) looked at me and said "ive never seen a big guy look so unhappy eating" LMAO

I can appreciate what you're saying, on that forum, which i post on as well, we still talk extensivly (sp) about pharma, alot of us are using a combo of both, Ive only started the HRT in the last several weeks, prior to that its been his products since last july, and ive really been happy with the results, I've been in Retail management for over 13 years now, and have come to the conclussion, you have to take marketing with a grain of salt. I had some let say "shutdown" and after 3-4 days with the HcGen.....umm the south is rising again lol. I can read all the studies in the world, but real life experience is all that means shit to me. I found this site and was really happy to see a canadian forum, so i started my log here, just didnt spend enough time exploring the site, theres a pile of great info here!!!!

I switched up my order today to get a little more pressing in, and it felt ok, i really like getting my traps in as my 2nd exercise they feel pumped (thanks to Ninja Loco for the advice) , Dropping the weight and repping out to finish on the cec gave me a great pump.
so far i'm 1.5 weeks in with Need2slin, im up 4 lbs and have lost 1 inch off my waist, the pumps are nice almost painful on my tris. Im taking gear 3 x a day and its hard to see results with BCAA but i guess its a culmative effect. Im really freakin happy with the HcGenerate though, feeling more aggressive during my training and the wood is solid, i didnt use any cialis the last 2 times my friend came over to "hang out"
Gonna get arms in tomorrow then Thursday morning its off to Columbus for the Arnold!!!

So back to the grind, its about 15 weeks to my B-day
Im gonna make some slight changes to my supps and diet, i want the fat to start moving off faster

I wasnt very happy with my shoulder day on thurs so i wanted to hit it again, my tris are still sore from yesterday, so im trying a non- pressing chest and shoulder day, im looking to start hitting chest twice a week to help bring it up

Good chest pump, shoulders were pretty fatigued by the end, so i fell better getting the last bit of energy from them. Gonna sit down tomorrow and plan my last 2 weeks on Need2slin, Overall i'm pretty happy with it, so far a few weeks in i only dropped an inch off my waist (with no cardio), but have gained a couple of pounds, the pumps have been great. i will continue the gear and forged burner past the 2 weeks, as i'll be going back to keto and ramping up the cardio, the get more of this fat off.
