What's your favorite one?

I found a little spot near my place that sells the best Spicy Hotate maki. I can't get enough of it.

It's a mixture of raw scallops, spicy caviar, avocado and tempura.

I love spicy salmon crisp or salmon sashimi (depending on where you go, for the quality). And I recently tried a Philadelphia roll (salmon with cream cheese and cucumber) its surprisingly good.

I can't remember what it was called, ....Shishimi or something. This was at some Japanese restaurant on the Gallapagos Islands. The girlfriend and I ordered some huge platter sampler, and it was all amazing. Nothing in Winnipeg compares.. I wanna go back now just for that. I'm hungry....dammit.

shrimp tempura and sweet potatoe tempura...sooo delish

i like the specialty rolls, cali, dynamite, spider, dragon, shrimp tempura

As for plain sushi, I like a lot of them, but my favs are eel, salmon, and tuna.
