ya it's worth the effort though,
the science and practice of strength training retails for atleast $70 and strength and power for sport retails for over $200
must haves for anyone obsessed with strength training!

I should have named it strength ebooks, it would have got more attention.
some of these are very high level texts and some are mediocre.
worth a look nonetheless

I read through Wendler's 5/3/1 already. I also downloaded The Westside Book of Methods and a few other ones.

don't forget "Science and Practice of Strength Training". probably the best book out there on training theory.
kinda dry but worth the read,

np fellas,
the guy who runs the blog said before he was going to post supertraining (mel siff) but hasn't yet.
it's the only book that i don't have in my collection...anybody have an ebook version of it?
