A question for the veteran athletes or anybody that’s ever use HGH for injury recovery?

I am in physiotherapy right now for an injured back and want to try some HGH for healing purposes. It’s been over half a year and i'm still in rough shape. I’m close to 40 years old. Any ideas on what dosage would be good? When’s the best time to take it during the day? Or maybe someone knows of a good book about using HGH for repairing the body or for using it for bodybuilding? And lastly what about PCT...Do I need to do it after using HGH?
Any help would be appreciated!

It's well-documented that both AAS & hGH speed recovery of most physiological injuries. It's been rumoured that the military use both for certain privileged wounded soldiers. However, there's no guarantees since this is a very complex area.

Ideally, you'd take it three times a day, but I have found just once a day works well enough. I prefer bed time; however, that will shut down your own GH production. On the other hand, that's the time maximum healing will occur.

If you chose to try it, you should work your way up to about 4 or 5 iu ED (depending on strength of the product) and stay on as long as you can. It's not the daily amount that matters as much as the length of time you keep those pulses of growth hormone clicking on in your body.

You don't need "PCT" after using GH. In fact, you might ask yourself, why get off? It's famed for its seeming slowdown of the aging process (though it is not known to have any effect on longevity itself). If you wish to return to your natural growth hormone levels after being on exogenous GH, run some GHRP-6 for a few months and it should help.

For books, search Amazon.com. I found a few chapters and one book on aging.

I'm by no means an expert on this, and I would probaby ask Praetorian... buuuut....

2 ius a day I think is the genreal consensus for healing purposes... provided it's high quality gh.

Don't take GH at night before bed as it interferes with your bodies own GH production.

PCT is not needed.

On a side note, I'm actually getting over a mangled back myself... why don't you post up a little about the injury and we would give you some feedback on that as well? I'd actually spent a ton of money on chiros and physio and kept having problems till I just changed a couple things and now I'm doing a lot better

I agree, provided it's high quality and its purpose is healing only. As I stated, the length of time it's run is more important than the amount (for healing).

That's a bit too general. After all, exogenous GH will probably mostly replace your body's own GH production anyway. For men over 45, there's not a helluva lot of natural GH being produced anyway, so using it at bedtime becomes a sort of HRT. If you're under 45, you'd probably be better off injecting your GH during the night when you waken for a piss. That way, you'll get natural pulses of GH at bedtime but still get that peaceful GH sleep (and further pulses of exogenous GH) and awake rough & ready.

PCT is not needed.
Right. Though, as I stated, certain peptides will stimulate or restimulate your own GH release.

Its classified as mechanical back pain (that just meand the dr's dont know what to do so they lump you into this catagory) but its been almost 7 months and I dont feel much better. I have tried just about everything except HGH so I figures I'll give it a go.

Exactly...IGF-1LR3 is actually much better for healing purposes than GH. Ive just recently had surgery to repair a bicep tendon avulsion and the IGF seems to have helped...surgery was Nov26 and Im back in the gym now close to 75%....in 4 weeks I wlll be able to lift 100% as per the surgeon. Ive tried both HGH and IGf-1 whne injured and IGF seems to work slightly better. I would run it for 4 weeks then switch to HGH for 2 weeks and back to IGF for another 4. My recovery will last 12 weeks prior to hitting it hard and heavy again. So far so good. I would suggest if running HGH to use it in the morning and afternoon...you will still get a good enodgenous response during the night so there is no reason to take it before bed unless you are over 50 or so.
