Yup,i know her as well.Shes in Ottawa now and training a girl that i know.She told me there are times where she regrets doing what she did..seeing what it did to her body.

she's hardcore, trained me for a bit. just couldn't keep up with the program, wish i had become her client earlier when i had more drive. very very sweet lady, still ripped!!
