Hey everybody!

I am new to this forum so i don't know exactly if this is the right place for this thread but here we go.

I just finished my first cycle of M1T and i am really pleased with my results. I am now 155lbs (was 145), 5'9 or 5'10 not too sure. I can bench 205lbs no spot (4 sets of 8) and 225lbs with a spot, which is almost double of what i could bench before. Anyways, i had a few side effects such as acne and liver pains, nothing too bad though. I am now recovering with some Milk Thistle based liver support.

I wanted to get information on A1D. I heard that it was a lighter product for the liver than M1T. I really want to know if it has the same beneficial effects as M1T or if it is better, worst, etc....

Anyways thanks for letting me know what u think.

To be honest with you, prohormones suck shit.Im not saying they dont work, its just that there are better things out there that are less hard on your liver and will give you better gains. And speaking of recovery,im not sure that you know this, but you need to reset your natural test levels just like you would steroids..cause prohormones shut you down as well.

Im not sure how old you are,or how long you have been training, but you should do some research before jumping into things.Maybe a brief description of your lifting expeirience along with what you eat would gives us an idea on how to proceed from here..

Oh brother... Dude forget these hormonal supplements for now. Nobody here is gonna give you advice on M1T or 1AD. Note how it`s spelled... The good news is you can gain lots of muscle yet with a better diet. I haven`t read what you eat, but it`s obvious you need to gain info in that department. For now, that`s what you need to do. Write down everything you eat in a day, yes you will feel like you`re being bashed but we`ll get you through this. Eventually...

Anyone who sells m1t to people like you should be kicked in the nuts repeatedly until reproduction is impossible. You weighed 149 pounds before you started which tells me you dont eat properly, maybe even never even lifted until you started taking that shit, and doubleing your bench proves that. Learn how to eat and train properly before putting garbage in your body.

Yeah, you might want to reconsider your choice of PCT

First off, throw all that sh** in the garbage. It's going to turn your liver into swiss cheese. No really, it will. Keep that up and it's worse than booze. Go to a health food store and buy some milk thistle, not a supplement with milk thistle in it. Let that liver pain be a stern warning.

You sound fairly young. I can understand there's pressure to get bigger, stronger, faster but you're doing it the dangerous way. Any type of prohormone or steroid use at your age is going to give you big trouble when you're older.

You say you're 150# and you nearly doubled your bench to 225. Am I right to assume you were benching say 150# before? That sure sounds like you just started working out. You need to eat quality foods and alot of it and keep working out and honestly, you'll gain fast enough at your age in just a few months. The only "supplement" you need is multi vitamins and whey protein.

Steroids shouldn't even be considered this early at your age and development. You'll cause way more harm than good.

Post up what you eat in a day and how you train and take it from there. Trust me, I've done the same BS as you did. I ate OTC pills like they were going out of style looking for the "edge". Came to this forum, and learned from reading and asking questions. Stick around long enough and you'll realize, it's all about diet and working hard. The other stuff won't replace good food and good training.

Do not take prohormone. It is my only advice.
