came off NPP a few weeks ago and am now on test prop 300 eod, naposims at 40 ed, and abombs at 50 ed.

been on orals since jan 1.

things fell apart for me in my shoulders and am having joint pain. Likely rotator cuff. I have been taking it really easy the last 2-3 weeks and have had more days off then on.

shoulders went from an easy 110 dumbell shoulder press for 12 reps (biggest DB's in the gym) to a cautious 90.

Chest yesterday was sore on a wider grip, so I tightened the grip up with pinkies on the lines. No pain at all but I didnt go above 315 on flat, then went to incline and couldnt even do 135 with out pain, so I pulled the pin and did cable work.

Going to have to get back on the NPP and am going to go light weight, higher volume for a couple months. No more heavy shoulder press. Incline press scares me, as I couldn't do 135 even with out pain, so I will see what happens, and will maybe do some light weight dumbell work.... like the faggoty 40's or something.

Shoulder motion is 100%. No bad clicks or loose junk if you know what I mean. Just joint pain. Must be inflamed and stretched cuffs.

Pissed off though, as I was a few weeks away from 405 on flat bench.

Just wanted to rant

this work so well for me, and my shoulder are so flexible now that even after getting caught in shoulder lock at BJJ I never get hyper extension or pain anymore.

Finding a good ART practitioner in your area is the hard part. We've got a Chiro who performs miracles in my town and a few RMT's who've learned the technique also. Good luck bro.

Honestly Bro, Try the shoulder dislocation thing. My shoulders used to hurt all the time, but since "I've started it" nada. I keep expecting pain, but it doesn't come. I still don't have the fortitude to do maximum presses, "I'm too happy being pain free." :)

Totally agree with everyones post but did you also run a AI with your cycle. I found that an AI such as arimidex 1mg EOD killed my joints due to lack of water, estro. Id be interested to see if an AI can cause drying of the joints leading to pain because my shoulders also hurt after a while on a AI.

Stay away from barbell pressing movements (unless your using a close-grip)

Accupunture fixed my shoulder up perfectly. Only took 4 visits. You should look into it. The lady that I went to comes out to my town every Sunday for clients , but she is located in Edmonton ( south side ) .

My shoulder was so bad that I couldn't use my are to drive ( hold the wheel ). Simply amazing and not a bad price.

I’ve had should problems at the beginning, after watching Branch Warren’s video, I follow his pre-workout warm ups. Take a look; he does this shoulder routine prior to every workout.

I still have pain but not as much…pressing at 100 lb DBs, but I won’t go higher due to risks. Used to do 3 bills BB press - now I won’t go over 225. I too have major problem benching. In my case, it’s because I have OA. Not much I can do except to do my best. Good luck with your shoulders.

That very well may be some good advice. My left shoulder is often in pain and during the holidays because of family and lack of time from often being called into work at the last second, I wasen`t able to train much. I once got to the gym and the incline bench was taken and didn`t want to wait. So I said the hell with it and said I`d do only dumbell work. For the next 3 weeks I did the same and my left should feels much better.

What sucks is that when I got back on the bench for the first time in 4 weeks what I could normally do for 12 reps in easy fashion was down to 9 what felt like very challenging reps.

I don't do any barbell work anymore, my strength don't improve as fast but my shoulder health is 100%. I do sitting 90 degree DB press and Incline DB press with 90lbs or more, Its probably just as good for muscle stimulation than heavy bench pressing. I still do Hammer strength work for heavy pushing. I am just concerned about my shoulder health from BJJ training all that pulling, rotating, and submission move put my shoulder joints at risk.
