View Full Version : How does this look for a fat loss cycle?
Im not planning on "cutting" or getting below 5% BF or anything ridiculous like that as I do not compete, but I do need to some unwanted winter bulk I have been accumulating (on purpose) over the last few months.
Weeks 1-2
Test Prop 100mg EOD
Test E 250mg 2x wk
Weeks 2-16
Test E 250mg 2x wk
PCT starting 2 weeks after last shot
Nolva
Aromasin
Does that make sense for a frontload? Ive never done a front load before with an injectable. Thinking about maybe adding some tbol, var, or another oral to the mix also starting at week 6. Is there another injectable that would work well for my goals of 10% BF.
I wont use tren or EQ.
people use EQ and Anavar for cutting..
The EQ anxiety scares me as I deal with that already without the use of EQ. I have used anavar a few times with amazing fat loss results but its so damn costly. Running anything under 50-60mg i find pointless and to run it for an extended period of time is expensive.

If you're just cutting now (winter) and just want to lose some bulk, then just cut with test. I wouldn't even bother frontloading, why? As you said, it's not like you are getting ready for something. But if you do, I'd probably go with 150mgs EOD, as it would be roughly 1000mgs per week the first two weeks.

It's all about the diet getting down to 10%. A normal stack test/equ, test/tren, test/deca make the most sense getting there.
Under 10% once you are showing muscle several of the androgens are said to make the muscle look freakier, tren, primo being two that come to mind. I don't know how true this is as 10% was my goal last year and while it looked good it certainly wasn't "shredded". I'm shooting for 8% this year so maybe I'll see a little more of the muscle.
I can eat just fine. I have a slow cooker now that makes eating meat and vegetables very easy to do. I am just trying to minimize the muscle lost while i make it down closer to 200lbs from around 225-230.
I have fairly good genetics and dont hold THAT much fat when I bulk.

Although Test seems to be sufficient for a cutter, have you considered Masteron? Perhaps some Clen and T3 as well?
In a couple months I'm going to be running Test, Mast, Var, T3 and Clen (I know, I'm an f-in crazy mofo). Haven't decided what diet I'm going to go with yet. Either carb cutting, or Keto... I think I'll have better results with Keto. Obviously I won't start until I've decided on the diet. What are you going with?
no specific diet catagory. im not doing keto or anything like that, im just gonna cut out carbs later in the day and work it down from there.
clen seems like a plan, but im so freaked out about anxiety and a racing heart rate like i used to get from the ECA stacks i took. does clen exacerbate anxiety symptoms like ECA does? does it make you feel like youre gonna die cause your heart is RACING?

it does for some people. i have issues with anxiety as well, and i've certainly experienced it while on eq, but i just sorta breath through it and try to ignore it.
i have a feeling i'll be pretty tweaked out from the clen, but i've never used it before so i want to try it.
are you going with liquid or caps / tabs?

im also using the clen because of the bulking cycle ive been on. ive read that clen works really well to retain muscle while dieting, so i figure its probably a smart thing to incorporate.

^^ oh im still on it. i just ate a hot'n ready medium pizza with a protein shake for dinner.
im not starting this for at least another month, prolly longer. my legs are growing so fast right now, i dont want to stop bulking. ive never had such a strong back squat and flat bench before ever. my body is finally starting to come around from hockey injuries now that im not playing

Like someone said,diet is the thing thats going to dictate your success..that and cardio.
Honestly your goal here is to maintain your muscle and 500mgs of Test E will do just that.Cut calories below maintenace and cut carbs at night like you said.As you go along on your program,slowly up cardio,while taking out some complexe carbs.Ive also had INCREDIBLE success with T3 and clen.If you use both of those in conjuction with your diet and cardo,your results will be amazing!!
T3 is way too hardcore for me. Like I said Im not a competitive body builder by any means and I dont think cytomel is necessary for what I am trying to do.

Wha , wha. What do you want? Doing the old "I can't do this cause it's bad for me" is a cop out. Test and deca will give you good gains, but I think you've been doing this for awhile. You Know what you have to do, so do it.

I don't think you really need to cut for 16 weeks, so you could make your cycle much shorter.

Exactly.T3 is safe and will destroy fat faster than anything out there.Clen too but it may give you the shakes although it isnt like ephedrine. You can get rid of this problem by taking it before going to bed if you can tolerate it.If not use some melatonin(spelling?) and you'll sleep like a baby

This will be good to maintain muscle when doing no carbs are a calorie deficient diet. Have you considered using clen and or T3?
EDIT: I did T3 and clen and had good success. Just make sure you run it properly i.e. slow ramp up to 75mcg and then a slow ramp down.

Your cycle looks perfectly fine. The front load is ok if you want ...not necessary but it doesnt hurt. EQ, tre, masteron, etc are not necessary...they wont help you lose fat or maintain muscle better than the 500mg test by itself. Those items serve a specific purpose cosmetically and if you were dieting for a contest then I might consider something a bit different. For your goals your cycle is very adequate.
