Do you prepare a week's worth in advance and put in tupperware? Or just a day's worth?

Ill make batches sometimes for 7 days.I start cooking sunday. What i do is put for about 4 days of food in the fridge and freeze the rest.Once wednesday arrives i take everything out and let it unfreeze slowly in the fridge.

I find 3 days is best, It could be monday, thursday I cook and cheat on Sunday. The only thing I make that lasts very long is chili which freezes very well.

Most meals 2-3 days in advance. However, when I BBQ chicken breasts I bbq the whole bag and just leave them in a container in the fridge and heat them up as needed.
One thing whenever I cook I try to cook for about a family of 8 portion wise, so that way I am always having extra to freeze/ refridgerate.

Nope not at all. Everything is sealed up in tupperware. I've never had an issue. I usually cook beef, chicken, rice, mashed sweet potato and never had it spoil.

Why make dieting, whether for cut or bulk, any harder then it has to be by cooking EVERY NIGHT? That would honestly get old soo fast, good way to set yourself up for failure IMO. Once a week for me, cook steaks, chicken, fish, rice, potatoes. Only thing i cook on a more frequent basis is veggies.

yes this is me.
i believe this is why i am stuggling to put on mass. cooking after work every night for the next day is vary hard considering the amount of food we try and consume per day. i have a good handle on training and supps, but was having a tough time cooking every night.
if anyone has some good bulk recipies than please shoot me a pm....thankx

I precook beef once per week and chicken 2x. Fish all the rest.
I might be the only one who has children eating what I do. My 19 yr old is in University and makes her meals out of my precooked stuff. My 16 yr old is a vegetarian.
Chicken breasts becomes fajitas or she makes a ceasar salad with it.
I found BS chicken breasts at Sams Club in Michigan for $1.77 a lb. HUGE!

wont kill you directly but could quite possibly kill the nutrients in the food... i stopped microwaving my foods.. these days i use the convection oven or stove top to reheat everything.

Usually sundays a food prep day for me. I'll cook up a warehouse pack of chicken breast, box of rice, make up some veggie salad for the next 3 days and probably throw together some chili in the crockpot.

I have fallen out of the habit but i used to cook 3 big meals on sundays. One was pasta sauce, roast, and meatloaf. I would freeze and pull it out the night before. Gotta start doing that again.
