I have been dosing my gh 10ui 3x/week with igf and have had amazing results. I am having trouble losing this last little bit of fat and thinking of changing the dosing up a bit. I was thinking of running it 4ui/day and doing the 10ui 3x/week with the igf still. Is there any point to that or is it over kill?? Should I just run 6ui/day instead?? Thanks in advance for any help.

I would just stay with 6iu's max,and just up the cardio.

4iu per day first thing in the morning is great for fat loss but if you want to bump it up and do it post workout you should add slin IMO. I am of course not advocating anyone using slin before being experienced enough or before they have done enough research, but slin + GH = the ultimate synergy.

I've done slin before and had great results. But I am trying to drop some weight right now and slin doesn't help me with that. Also I train alot at night becasue of work so I don't wanna be shooting slin then going to bed. I am thinking of just running 5-6iu/day. and forget about the 10iu for now. I might go back to that after a few months.
