Bodybuilder Wanted for Commercial!!!

Hi Everyone. I'm new to the forum and am in search of a bodybuilder for a commercial I'm doing in two weeks for instant messenger. It's in toronto and I need someone that looks intimidating. You won't have any lines in the commercial but it's a nice chance to show off all the work you've put into your body. I will pay you $100 for a few hours work. It's Sunday January 24, 2010. Í'd say for guys looking to get in the industry and try to establish a name for themselves this could be a good thing.

I knwo Fouad in the early part of his career did freebies so he could get exposure and market himself.

I emailed this guy and was set to meet him last Sunday in Hamilton. He had seen my facebook pics and liked my look. My gf lives there anyway, so it gave me an excuse to visit her.
Thurs night, he emailed me, saying the writers were going in a different direction and I would not be needed. I called the gf and told her I would no longer be visiting her.
Then, Friday morning, I got another email stating they still werent sure which version of the commercial they would be using, so he wanted to meet me just in case.
I left and spent the weekend at the gfs place, waiting to meet him on Sunday. An hour before we were to meet, he texts me and says they chose to go with the version of the commercial where I wouldnt be required. So, I made the trip for nothing.
This is commonplace in the industry. I took no offense and would gladly agree to work with him next time.
Everyone that says "$100??? Thats nothing!" has no idea about the business. Yes, there are some projects that pay well, but they are few and far between. Exposure is the key to making the money down the road.

Photoshoots really don't pay, ur really going to be lucky to get the trip paid fopr the most part. Mostly its the exposure thats worth it. If its a video then its should be paying mopre then 100 though. I shot for 400 or so way back in the day but u must realize what the videos are probably being used for.

And CBB will be a great tool to help bodybuilders, fitness and figure competitors to get a lot of exposure. So those of you reading, get your butts on here and get up some pics, help me get your profiles complete and accurate, and I'll handle the rest to generate exposure.

In reality even if one doesn't compete but has a great build and knows what they're doing, they should still post up. Lot's of people are browsing CBB now.
