Temp solution to lower e2 until ai comes in?

what are some temporary solutions
to lower estrogen until an ai comes in. My e2 levels came out to 226 pmol/L with a reference range of 0-196 pmol/L . I am experiencing low sexdrive fatigue etc and need to lower them somehow till I get an ai. I have heard of these remedies but are there any truths to them and if ai which should I use and how much?

An AI will drop your sex drive as well and additionally will halt your growth if that's what you were trying to achieve. You might want to try proviron instead IMO.

Good points, but not always, if estro is to high, also sex drive will drop, and boners will be half mast.....always good to keep estro /test levels in check, if estro runs away on you, so does libido....
Proviron is good, winnie has some properties as well to lower estrogen...But if hes waiting on an anti e , then he would probably wait on proviron as well, unless on hand....

Turmeric can be a home remedy to drop estrogen if they are high...Novedex by gaspari available in popeyes is also pretty decent.....

So arimidex at 0.25 mg EOD will not bring back my sex drive and make things worse? Like I mentioned my e2 levels came out to 226 pmol/L from a reference range of 0-196 pmol/L so should I order proviron to or I'll be fine with just arimidex?

This isn't an exact science bro... You might be GTG with that dose of adex. Trial and error unfortunately. Proviron works though just so you know.

Basically since Proviron is 5-alpha reduced and not capable of forming estrogen, and also has a very high affinity for binding to the aromatase enzyme (the enzyme responsible for converting all that good testosterone in your body into all that nasty estrogen). That means if you choose to take proviron with testosterone (and I know you wouldn´t even be doing a cycle without including some form of testosterone) and/or any aromatizable steroid, it should actually serve to prevent estrogen build up by the aforementioned binding to the aromatase enzyme, which prevents aromatase from doing it´s dirty work and making a bunch of estrogen out of the other steroids you are taking. It should also be noted that Proviron also binds very well to SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin& a hormone responsible for reducing the amount of circulating free testosterone in your body)(1). As a matter of fact, in the last study I read, it bound to SHBG better than any other drug studied.

provirion really won't do any good for estrogen, but will help freeing up SBHG and give you wood like you will not believe.
