Hey, I am planning to do my first cycle, pretty much what you would expect(test-e, primo, armidex, nova) but I am an amature kickboxer. I have reached a level with weights and I cant seem to put on anymore weight without it affecting my cardio and I just plain feeling like shit if I work any harder. Should I stop or significantly slowdown my cardio when on this cycle? The plan is to put on some mass and then go back to the ring hard and let my body mass land where it may. Right now I am about 163lbs with...?bf%?...i am ripped up to shit so I dont really worry about my bf.
my diet is from a proffessional trainer, so I know that my diet is giving me enough cals. I attend classes/ring 5 days a week and even throw in some grappling 2 days a week so my cardio is absolutly insane. Would this type of cardio **** with my heart or just my gains while on cycle? I have done some research and I really cant find anything on the two subjects together, although the general concensus is to just bulk up and worry about cardio post cycle. I am not fixed on doing a cycle but any thoughts from anyone would be appreciated, I just want to improve athletic ability. Thanks

In order to put on weight you must consume more good calories than your expending. Gear will not help you without proper diet. Start with 500 calories a day over maintenance while bulking and adjust according to gains. You should cut back on the cardio as intense cardio burns muscle. Good luck.

So you think putting on more weight with gear is going to make a difference ?

You just need to eat more , your only 163lbs and do LOTS of cardio - so maybe your trainer needs to rethink somethings with your diet.

Too much cardio, not enough food, and you need to lift heavy 4-5 days per week. A cycle is really not necessary at this time.
