Do you guys read any? If so which ones. I usually read MD and Flex. Yes, I know most are just advertising rags but I find it keeps me motivated to read mags. Sometimes I get a little info that helps me or I see a new product that I will try. But mostly it helps to keep me focused on the bodybuilding lifestyle as sometimes it isn't that easy.

Do you guys read any?

Yup, MD and Flex. I have been reading Flex for almost 8 years now and have learned a ton of info on training, nutrition and supps.

It's MD for me all the way. They are as hardcore as it gets. Honest, and to the point. None of that "Gets arms like this in 6 weeks!" shit. I used to read Flex and Muscle & Fitness back in the day, but ever since AMI picked them up, both mags IMO have gone to hell... way too much ads.

Ironman and Flex here. BTW, pick up this months issue of ironman and turn to page 284, that's my future wife :-)

I used to read MD. Those mags just don't interest me anymore what so ever. New supps, routines and new research. The new research is the most beneficial but all or most of it is repeated or already known by most. Common sense type things mostly imo.

I buy a mag every blue moon for entertainment if anything.

I read MD, but mainly because I won a years subscription and full site-membership quite a while ago.

Men's Health. They have really good articles and 90% less advertising than the hard core magazines.

MD is the only one that covers research from health to supps to gear. I think it is the best by far.

Anyone remember Greg Zulak's articles in Musclemag? I use to read that mag just for his articles when I first started working out.

MD once in a while, but they all have way too many ads to believe 90% of the articles.
