And so far, I don't see the need for mods here. IT seems this board is very well behaved and everyone is mature enough to get along.

I think it is amazing that this board can operate as well as it does without mods

I rarely seen a bbing board where the majority displays such high levels of wisdome and maturity. Flaming is at a minimum, everyone seems respectful to one another and respectful to the rules. I would be hard pressed to find this on other boards. Frankly, I'm impressed.

That being said, we are only a board of ~1000 members with 1/10 of that being active, so odds are that more troublemakers will find their way into our ranks with more expansion.

I don't see a need for mods right now, but when MP judges that the moment has come, I have a few names in mind that would make excellent and fair moderators.
