I put 100 lbs on my bench in 13 weeks, test E only @ 500/week.

You tell me lol.

I find slow steady strength gains throughout the cycle, but nothing crazy. Its the quality of muscle, the fullness that I notice more.

A lot of different factors to look at first...is it someone's first cycle? Do they have the nutrition down? How long have they been training steady?

It all depends really, but regardless, Test is the base of any good cycle.

I agree with DK ^ .....for me it is constant/steady through out my cycles

ya slow and steady for me.. i've never gained anything like 100lbs in bench over a cycle.. maybe like 25lbs by the end..

x3 with DK, its the type of training that you do that will dictate the results. I think most BBers train for hypertrophy (obviously) which doesnt necessarily add strength. Switch to more of a power lifting type program and you will gain big strength.

Sufficient amounts of any of the various forms of test at proper intervals along with proper nutrition should have an enormous effect on gains in strength and muscle mass. After you have trained long enough and reached a plateau, then go on a decent cycle, you start gaining strength again quite steadily. I strongly disagree that test only produces moderate gains. If its not doing much for you, you need some advice and re-evaluation of your methodology. Either that or someone's just selling you peanut oil.

I find to get really strong, I gotta get fat.. and I'm not doing that.
