I just ate a huge serving of chili that I had left on the counter overnight to cool in my crock pot, because I was afraid if I put it straight into the fridge it would have fried my fridge working that hard to cool it.

Do I now have boculism? I microwaved the chili for 3 minutes, does this matter?

I've done stuff like that a million times, you're fine. Probably not a good idea though.
I thought botulism was from canned foods that were punctured? I dunno.

1 thing I never **** with if left out is eggs. They go bad super fast.... Add mayonaise to that list too.

I'm scared of raw store bought chicken. Hamburger comes a distant second. Once cooked it's a better breeding ground for bacteria than raw. I wouldn't be terribly afraid of botulism but don't be surprised if you have diarrhea tomorrow.

I'm sure you'll be fine. I've left food out over night before and eaten it the next day with few symptoms, one of them being a full stomach.
