My estradiol levels came out to 226 pmol/L with refrence
range of 0-196 pmol/L. I can get letro right now but I hear a lot of
bad reviews about it being too harsh. I am experiencing high estrogen sides
except for gyno I have low sex drive fatigue etc. Is there a way I can use letro safe and reduce it to the amount I need? Any good reviews?

I use it. I start with a quarter tab, so .625mg\day. Try that for a week and see what happens.

It will only kill your sex drive if your dose is too high.

That dosage is for the higher weekly test that you use Randy?

I only use it when my nipples start getting itchy. That for me of the first sign of trouble. I need to be running over 600-700mg\week to have any sides where Letro is required. Even then I just use it to get things under control.

It's pretty strong stuff. Personally, I've had very good results with Aromasin. If you can get ahold of that, I'd say try that first. Especially if you don't have any signs of gyno.

IIRC, Letro can lower estrogen as much as 80%, whereas Aromasin I believe is somewhere around 60%.

I've been taking Aromasin 2x week at 25mg, and it's been keeping everything in check. But if you can't get Aromasin, as it's already been said, start LOW with the Letro, and go from there.

Not sure if I am missing something.. are you cycling , PCT or none of the above?

It's strong stuff but I love it. Mind you I haven't tried Arimidex so I have nothing to compare it against...

I get away with a very small dose of .25MG every 3-4 days even.

I imagine I'll be switching to Arimidex to see how it goes as I don't think I need an AI as strong as Letro to be honest.

I did have a hard time with Letro at first, I drove my Es way too low. You can devastate your sex drive with it, and you'll know it (first byt he wicked ED), but also the joint pains...

Have used it for blasting gyno at 1.5-2mg/ed. When I run it on cycle to control estrogen, I run .25mg ed. I usually will run it for a longer period than my cycle, because letro takes around 60 days to get a stable concentration in your blood. I run my cycles for 12-16 weeks, and my letro for 14-20weeks. I have used arimidex, and worked well. Letro is just WAY cheaper for me in the long run.

If you go the letro route, and run it for any long period of time, I would advise running 20mg of Nolva ed for the week following the stoppage of letro, to help out with estrogen rebound.
