PWO Meal

How long after your PWO shake do you guys wait to eat a meal? As soon as you are hungry or like an hour?

Sometimes an hour,sometimes 3 hours.I am more geared at having 5 to 6 meals a day,with 30 grams or more of protien per meal.It all depends as to when I train in the day,but I always have the shake right after i train.

I`m probably in the minority, but I usually wait 2 hours before my chicken and rice meal after my pwo shake. No way would that go down if I waited only an hour...

Usually I have my pwo shake right after my workout at the gym so by the time I drive home and have my food cooked and ready to eat it's about 1hr , but I don't panic if it's a bit later as Ritch stated.
