Hey all,

Just found this site today, and have already found some interesting threads & information. Look forward to being a regular visitor. I'm 32, 6'1, and live in Brooklin, ON. Looking to get back into shape as I seem to be in a rut of late, and was up to 230lbs as of mid December. I joined a gym that just opened at that point (Snap), and am on my way back to my goal of 190lbs.
