my best totals are 872.5 at 88.5kg and 835 at 81.4kg

best raw total is 507 squat 451 bench and 638 deadlift for a 725kg total at 196 lbs

What weight do you carry for your training ? Do you usually have to cut to make your class ?

when I competed at 180 I was 194 in the gym when I competed at 196 I was 206 in the gym. Im 200 or so right now. I can lose 15 lbs in 2 days to make weight and only lose about 20 lbs off my total. The fatest I have ever been was around 211. I dont like getting that chubby though as u have to diet way to long to get in shape.

Been along time since i updated here. I should update contest weight to 195 off season to 215. Even the powerlifiting Numbers posted were back in the Natural Days.
