1. Heard about a guy that has been on EQ straight for years, before a lifting comp he would throw in some A50's then go off and continue to take the EQ. what would be the point of staying on EQ year round and what would be the potential side effects of this?
2. What do you guys think about mini cycles of 3 weeks on 3 weeks off? I have recently heard of a few guys doing this.

Some guys here have been on for a few years as they feel it works for them. Side effects would be cholesterol levels being out of wack. A regular blood test would be wise to do.
Mini cycles didn't work for me. Best for me is 15-20 weeks on with about the same time off.

I agree with MP,
I like the 20 week cycles and get steady gains all though-out i just up my calories by 500 every 2 weeks or so.

a benefit to EQ is how it makes your joints stronger and feel better. If you have shoulder problems, EQ will almost cure them (unless they are really screwed).
BTW, how did you choose your name? I know another Diesel_250.

i been on for 2 years, i stopped gaining at about 265, for the last several months. So i stopped 3 months ago and started hgh, and now am 280, not quite as lean, but i dont know, i didn't lose any muscle.
I've heard in long cycles your body adjusts to holding that much mass. I didn't believe it until i did it to myself, and i've had the easiest PCT ever. And my cycle included grams of test, tren, eq, dbol, etc etc. It hasn't been a light 2 years.
Wow, that's wild. Not even a blast/cruise? Just full force for 2 years?
If it worked for you and you've had an easy pct then that's great!
What did you do for pct, and do you think the hgh has made your post-cycle that much easier?

Another negative on the mini cycles. For me, a minimum of 12 weeks. Picture this, you start this mini cycle, just start making some gains, and then have to quit for 3 weeks. If you were going to try something like this, it had better be test suspension or test prop so that it starts working fast and clears fast, otherwise the 3 weeks aren't even really time on or off. Just seems like a bad idea to me, when the long cycles work so well you don't want to quit.

no one really big, unless a genetic god, does mini cycles.

i'm in the camp that prefers longer runs. i think the biggest problems come with up and down of hormones. it takes a while to actually build muscle. plus i've never had any good results from those short blaster routines....

longer cycles are the best for me, when it comes to keeping gains post cycle.

EQ is very erythropoyotic [sp?] longterm supraphys dose use leads to problems with the spleen.
also circulatory system may be effected.
