Can anyone recommend a good shake mix for me while I'm trying to cut fat?
I got over my lack of appetite too well and now I want to drop my body fat just a little. I really want to just cut the fat though so obviouslly am looking for something that will still give me the protein I need.
Thanks everyone!

Currently my shakes are a scoop of whatever protein I have on hand, a scoop of yogurt, sometimes a tbsp. of PB, and milk. I always drink skim milk as well.

I take a scoop of Isolate Protein in skim milk. Sometimes water when I'm out of milk.

Losing bodyfat has nothing to do with taking protein shakes although they can be eaten during bodyfat loss.
Bodyfat loss occurs when you run a caloric deficit between your intake and expenditure to put it very simply.
Burn more calories and eat less calories!
To lose 1 lbs of stored bodyfat you need a caloric deficit of 3500 calories.
But if you're looking for good tasting, quality Canadian protein. Check out our site sponsor TrueSupplements.com

... now for a non-commercial...
They are right that a whey isolate is generally going to be the correct choice when on a calorie restricted diet. The blends are a better price but they tend to have more sugar and carbs.
I have found that most isolates blend about the same so what generally differentiates isolate is flavouring and of course price.
While there's nothing wrong with carbs, I would suggest you want to be getting your carbs from complex carb sources with plenty of fibre rather than in the form of fructose, sucrose, etc.
Getting enough protein and quality carbs on a calorie reduced diet means you have to pick your food fairly carefully or at least avoid shit like the plague.
The specific use of fructose/sucrose will screw up your diet despite a normal calorie deficit.

decent info, but not all isolates have sugars bro.......
fructose is the worst place to get carbs from especially during a diet agreed.........

I wouldn`t worry about the minute amount of carbs and fat found in most blends. If everything else is on point, it shouldn`t matter. If you were competing, I`d maybe say otherwise.
