Hi All

I need to change my food intake I don’t call it a diet.
Taking into account I don’t like Fish and Eggs can’t stand them. This is what I am eating now any suggestions would be appreciated
Breakfast
5:30am 2 Ezekiel raisin cinnamon toast with almond butter and honey
9:00 snack Yogurt with Almonds fruit chia pro
11:00 Turkey meatballs with marinara sauce
3:00 Onion soup no cheese or bread
6:00 Supper chicken something lol about 1 brest or so or ground beef I never know lol
6:30 Protein shake 1TBS Coconut Oil
7:00 Workout
8:00 Protein shake
8:30 Cottage cheese Black pepper
9:00 Bed

I really feel taxed at the end of my workout and I know it is the food intake I just need some guidance on what to add or subtract etc... Thanks all in advance

Almost everything needs to be changed. I don`t even know what your goals are, how much you weigh or anything, impossible to help you here. Why don`t you go over to John Berardi`s website and read what the man has to say, then come back with what you may think is a good diet, then we can make some changes.

Sorry about that when I did the first Wright up I was in a rush, some info on me

I am 6.2 248lb they say I look like stone cold Steve Austin I have people come ask me for autographs all the time it is funny, anyhow I want to get down to about 220lbs or so that’s my goal. I have been doing really well the last 4 months or so but I have seemed to hit a plateau and I feel the energy level is not as high after my workout or during but I do see noticeable gains from my workouts I will take a look at the site you recommended Thanks

So you want to cut up a little. I can`t just tell you eat this or that. You need to know how to think and ask yourself the right questions like what am I eating now and why. Trust me Berardi makes this esay to understand. Google his name and you will find his home page. The protein+carbs and protein+fat articles are a must read. Check it out! You will easily spot what you`re doing wrong now after reading them.
