View Full Version : small floaters?

Hi all. Just filled my pipe with 300 cc of EQ (1 mg), 300 cc of Test e (1 mg), & 100 cc of Tren e (1/2 mg). Now, to my dismay, I see a small floater in the mix, which I believe is a tiny bit of sterilized rubber from my Tren e bottle. I used an 18 g needle to draw, so getting a tiny mote of rubber is not unheard of. Damned, it's such a pretty tube, except for that mote of rubber.:(
Question: Do I toss this syringe with all the lovely anabolic/androgenic oils?
OR, as I'm trying now, izzit possible to invert the syringe needle down & use gravity get the floater to sink down into the 18 g needle? Seems to be working. Couldn't I then just push the plunger enough to eject the rubber mote out the needle, losing a little oil, then put the rest where it should go — in me?
Guess I can only ask for opinions & hope for a minimum of flames because I don't want to waste such a pretty solution.

I dont know if you want to risk it, it would suck getting an infection over something ridiculous like that.
but if you have an empty vial maybe you can push the oil back in, holding your needle upside down ? using like a 25g syringe, that way hopefully the floaters wont make it through. ??? thats all i got

Get some whatman filters next time you load up on pins. Sometimes rubber bits fall off... part of the territory I guess.
I try to use nothing larger than a 22g for drawing, sometimes a 20g. 18g's tear up vials and make them pretty gnarly, even if it's just a 10ml multi-draw vial. Don't use big ass 20ml vials of gear either. Those can get chewed up badly too.
To be honest, if I couldn't get the floater out within a couple of minutes I'd lose patience and squirt it down the sink. And I'd probably lick a bit of the oil too because I'm ****in' weird like that.

Lick the oil from the sink or suck it right from the needle?
This is the first time I've noticed a tiny floater after seven years of using 18 g draw pins.

Take the plunger out and suck up as much as you can with another needle without getting the rubber bit!
Or inject on a slight upward angle making sure the rubber is near the plunger and slowly inject, if it stays by the plunger it wont make it in the last little bit of injecting.
get the tiny bit of plastic stuck in a 25g needle, and replace the needle and inject

Does'nt 1cc=1ml?
Does'nt 1cc=1ml?
yeah this cc thing does not make sense but whatever. He wanted to say mg instead of cc and cc instead of mg

I can't believe after all this time I ****ed up the names. Shooting 1 mg of Test would not do a thing, while shooting 300 cc of Test would probably kill me. Got the two (mgs & ccs) mixed up in a brief mind glitch:o.
BUT I did do the following...
OR, as I'm trying now, izzit possible to invert the syringe needle down & use gravity get the floater to sink down into the 18 g needle? Seems to be working. I shot out about half the solution in the barrel into a glass and could see the rubber mote in the glass, so I then refilled the barrel all the way, the full 3 cc with extra Tren, and injected it. Feel great (so far!).

happened to me 2 days ago, I am nearly finished with my vial so today I am just going to pull it (rubber particle) into another pin and toss it.....guess I'm done using 18s for drawing :(

Had this happen sometimes badly, and other times, even on 20ml vials nadda.
Depends on the quality of the stopper I guess.
Anyways, what I did was cautiously draw by avoiding the floater. Once I had a floater in the syringe, I shot it all back in and re-drew. I DO NOT want a little piece of rubber in my ass. Also, in the presence of floaters, I always do syringe inspections in light. You will see them if by chance you get one stuck. Lastly, you will likely not get the chunk to pass through a 22-25 ga needle. It should plug, and this is your last fail safe I guess.
