I am finishing my first cycle of EQ/test in a month. I am going to start my next cycle in 5 months and I was wondering what kind of dosage I should use now. My first cycle was 400test and 350EQ for 4 month.

I want to experiment with test & Deca for my next one and maybe one oral. I need something that wont affect my BJJ training too much but I could take 3 weeks off BJJ to focus on my strengh training. Can i expect better mass gain with Deca compared to EQ?

I'd go 500mgs test long ester for 16 wks, and 450/500mgs deca both pinned eod, and **** the oral, waist of money imo!

you are saying that taking a month off BJJ and going on Dbol for a month would be a total waste of my time? how will 1gram of gear a week affect my blood pressure?

blood pressure should be just fine on a gram a wk, and yes dbol for a kicker is a waste of time unless you want to puff up with h2o for everyone to notice?

You are right I would be kicked out of my BJJ gym if i look juiced out.

Test and Deca will get you what you're looking for. Deca does provide more in the way of mass potential, but it does not provide the same hardness and vascularity that EQ does. I wouldn't worry about an oral at this point, it's not necessary. I'd give you pretty much the same advice as Gymbrat though I would say be at least 100 wk higher with the test to ensure no deca dick issues.

Don't you worry that people are going to notice if you pack on 15 pounds in three months... ?

Ive been known to hit the gym pretty hard and be strict with my diet, people will just assume Im taking my training to the next level.

With the amount of cardio i am doing i will not pack another 15lbs anyway.

I am competing at 165 right now, 7-8% bf, so I got the dilemma that if i do want to pack an extra 15 pound of muscle i will have to fight in the next weight class, which would be silly at 5'4.

But i can always increase the quality, endurance and strength of my muscle. I find that even without gaining weight sometimes, I just feel stronger, and look better.
