View Full Version : Opnion on morning shake.

So for my morning shake I put in the following:
1 banana
1 cup of milk
1 70cc scoop of ON 100% Protein Powder
1 70cc scoop of ground rolled oats or 1 70cc scoop of ground flax seed
1/4 cup of Cottage Cheese
120 - 140g of Spinach
Let me know what you guys think.

the problem with flax seed is how gassy i get but if you are fine with it.It looks good..

I would add some water...1/2 to 1 cup.
I would remove the flax oil and add 2 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil instead
I would use 2/3 cup dry oats.
Otherwise looks fine.

sounds nasty.... this is mine
1cup dry oats,
1 banana
2 tbsp nat pb
cup of egg whites
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
+ ice and water,blend
=delicious peanut butter chocolate banana smoothie
