Consuming copious amounts of pizza, wings, and beer has gotten me to a healthy 225.

I dont look that out of shape and Im not holding THAT much extra weight around my stomach. I feel as if a decent portion of my recent weight gain is due to new growth in my legs and back (hopefully).

225 with semi-visible abs is an achievement for me.

That's similar to how I broke 230 but sadly the last 7 pounds or so seem to have all gone to my waist. Strength climbed nicely with the additional weight gain.

My take away was that I should have eaten more earlier.

Atta boy Jersey, I am up to 223 myself and I got there with copious amounts of cheeseburgers and waxy maize. I admit though if I lost 5lbs around the mid section I would look pretty solid, but after all it is winter who needs abs in January?!

i dont understand how eating pizza wings and beer could get you to a healthy 225 not a fat 225? you must be working out like a champion! Id look like flubber if I did that

I am still swimming in my 34 waist jeans which is how i know im still doing ok.

Weird im sitting at 223 right now, down from 235 and i feel my strength is going up more now then when i was heavier?
