From the above writeup..... It is interesting to note that one study, which looked at intermittent, high intensity work, found that caffeine completely abolished the ergogenic effect of creatine supplementation

Seems weird as the original studies with creatine were done with coffee.

Creatine doesn't seem to do much for me,maybe I drink too much coffee.So many different systems you can potentialy mess with .
