View Full Version : When do big gains start test cycle?

I am going to be in my 5th week of test 400mg/week and I have stayed at my same weight but I have leaned out a lot so i suppose I have lost a lot of fat because my diet has been very strict towards my goals of gaining quality muscle. Around when will mass gains start to happen because I am getting worried I am actually cutting rather than clean bulking.

If gear is legit then its your diet followed by training that are off.
You will get best gains from 8-whenever.

Genetics will also play a big part in what you gain.

how has your strength been? you should start notice now, and i did lean out more to, but i gained crazy strength on my test cycle. and yes EAT like a mofo

no one can predict that bro sorry, but as everyone has mentioned...eat healthy and eat a ton, also you can't expect to get to monster proportions on that amt of gear.....
.....one would have to know what type of w/o, diet, exp, etc to give a half assed asssesment as well.
did someone mention that you need to eat a lot?

I was gaining pretty hardcore from week 7 and on. Make sure you,re getting in enough calories as everyone mentioned above.

what kind of test is it bro, as in which ester? This may help the board members help you out as well as to when it "kicked in" for them.

It won't be estrogen related at the dose you are taking.

I meant if the gear is real, and you are training and eating....well you need to rest. don't over train.
I work 1 body part per week. work the shit out of it, and let it rest for a week. Then hit it again. I find that this will show results even without gear.

just walk around with almonds and walnuts in some sort of fanny pack and just keep nibbling all day, at work i cant always get a chance to sit down and eat a meal so i just nibbling niblling nibbling, always hav something in ur stomach, mouth and hand

... um, why do people think that 400 mg of testosterone a week will turn them into superman with an erection?
Diet isn't in order, no sign of a training program, no workout history. No research done into what the dosage will or won't do.
I don't even want to guess at an age.
........ 5 weeks in and mostly just wasted. The only positive thing here is that you probably haven't done yourself any harm with the dosage being used.
You need to get your diet and training in order pdq or stop injecting yourself with drugs pointlessly.
The second option might be the better one as you are clearly not ready to be messing with steroids.
Sorry if this is a little harsh but you are injecting drugs and you have no clue how to use them.

As to the one body part per week, I would bet my left nut the original poster has little or no training experience and would be way better off with a full body, 3 times a week, squat every workout, starting strength type program and a gallon of milk a day.
