What do you guys think is the best exercise that you've used for each muscle group? They can be compound or isolation but Im thinking in terms of muscle building what you found to work the best. For me compound movements pack on the mass the most (as they should for everyone).
Legs - Squats
Back - Bent Barbell rows/Deadlifts
Chest - Dumbell Flys
Triceps - Skull Crushers
Biceps - Incline Twisting DB curls
Shoulders - Dumbell Shoulder Press
Make a note if you found anything to work exceptionally well over other things you've tried.

For legs I find that walking lunges are even more brutal than squats, but squats tends to isolate the glute more and lunges the legs. Either way I do both and without them I don't see any results.

For chest i have to disagree with you Hurley, i think that either Barbell Bench press or Dumbbell press would be more effective in packing some mass rather than flyes.

I have to agree! Personally I think it is a waste of time. If you want the most out of your chest workouts, the key lies in pressing movements. Although flyes may have their place every once in a while, the pressing movements are where your true strength lies. The more weight you can move, the more muscle fibers you can recruit. There is absolutely no replacement for heavy barbell presses, dumbbell presses and wide-grip dips. These are the basic, bread-and-butter lifts and should always be the cornerstone of your chest workouts. For me, it's all about muscle overload. Flyes are an isolation exercise that limits muscle overload. Just my opinion!
