Alright, Trying to lose some weight, by eating right, in about 2 weeks I will have my room made in my basement.
I will have a bench/ prencher bench and barbell, butter-fly bar, and a ski machine.
I am 5'9
178LB
Workout about 4 months ago, got busy at work and at home didn't have time to get in to it.
So for the next month I want to lose weight by eating,
I have a program and it tracks my food and weight.
So I need to know how many cals do I need to be around to lose?
