Who's going to shoot for this show? I want to do really bad, but I am lacking the push. I lost my training partner, and am not training alone. Its hard to keep motivated and to push the heavier weight. Any suggestions? Words of Wisdom?
Don't forget my motto - Eat, Sleep, Train and Poop ;)

I was thinking of doing the naturals this year but I think it all depends on how much size I can put on over the next 6 months I guess. I am currently trying to bulk so I don't want to hinder any gains with the stress of contest prep.
It is going to be one heck of a show though thats for sure. What class would you be in if you were to compete?

September 11, 2010 @ Mohawk College in Hamilton. The venue is nice, I did my 2nd show there. I think SS usually judges these shows. What weight classes do they normally use?
It would be great to compete but the time commitment is tough.

Sorry it was a cut and paste that didn't paste too well. Those are the classes for the mens bodybuilding. There is also the classic bodybuilding aswell which encorporates both height and weight into the equation. I find that this class is well suited for the taller men with a slimer physique.
Criteria: Max weight (in KG)=height (in cm)-100(max plus kg allowance)
A: up to and including 170cm + 2kg
B: up to and including 175cm + 4kg
C: up to and including 180cm + 6kg
D: Over 180kg
D(1)up to and including 190cm + 8kg
D(2)up to and including 198cm + 9kg
D(3)Over 198cm + 10kg
ALL COMPETITORS OVER 180CM. i.e.: D(1-3)SHALL COMPETE IN THE OVER 180CM CATEGORY.

I am really hoping to come in at 175lbs....I came in at 172 during the OPA show, so I am hoping I come across bigger, better, leaner and dryer :) I just finished legs, and I am so tired....WOW
Goodlife on Huntclub eh? I might come by Saturday or Sunday - what would you be training this weekend? Lemme know and I will make it happen, anything I can do to get me going that much more would be HUGE :)
