I just joined the forum today and thought I would say hi. I have been lurking for a few months and have gotten some good info. I look forward to being an active member.

I just turned 28 and have been going to the gym regularly for about 2 years now. I originally was focusing on cardio and weight loss due to a family history of heart disease and diabetes. (i figured i would be proactive instead of reactive like the rest of my family) I am now in the best shape I have ever been in and want to keep continuing down that path. For the past 3 months I have been focusing on strength training and have been seeing some decent increases and would like to keep increasing. This looks like a great resource for me, thanks guys.
