So im down to 220lbs from 235-238lbs a few weeks ago and i really like what im starting to see. I do want to get huge some day, but i think im going to lean bulk from now on and just keep making good solid gains.

I don't know how to pose properly AND i don't have much of a tan right now, but i just wanted to see what you folks think of my progress thus far.

Im really hoping i look awesome this summer:)

btw the 2nd pose reminds me of hulk hogan :P

Looking better Dremen, i personally think you are on the right track now.....Keep adding slowly, seeing what is coming on is quality.......You can now see the outline of your abs, can see shape in the bis, and better chest shape is visisble now.....
i think if you get your diet in check, do proper cycling and including time off and get to the gym consistently and keep track of your progress and try for consistent continuous improvements, you will have a great summer.....I bet you can pack on a few more lbs of muscle, then get abby, and you will freak yourself out bro....You wont be 270 lbs, but you will look fantastic...Believe me, it took many yrs to accept this as fact, and now im happy even being below 235 lbs, which for me was a nightmare come true the first time it happened, and you know what.....I looked bigger, and better and could see all the shit underneath....Good stuff bro.........

Well i stoped the orals a few weeks ago so the water retention has left now and im just kicking my ass on cardio and my lifting routine is really high intensity so i bet i burn a shitload of cals when lifting. I don't really take any breaks when lifting, maybe 60 seconds between different lifts and i switch it up the whole time im lifting. Like 2 sets on deads, then 2 sets of shrugs then lat pull downs then back to deads ect. I don't like taking breaks between sets and chatting with people like other jokers do.

I lift for a good 45-minutes to an hour then i hope on the bike and spin that bitch for a good 30 minutes running the up hill program. ****ing KILLER burn....lol

As for diet im only at 2 shakes a day and everything else is just lean meat with either whole wheat pasta, baked potatoes, wild rice or sweet potatoes. Cut way down on milk, bread and sugars.

By May first i would like to be around 230lbs with abs showing nicely and a nice tan coutesy of mt-II:)

Diet is better every day and my lifting routine is spot on although it's really hard NOT to do a few extra sets here and there when you're pumped and ready to give er....lol

In all honesty bro if i keep my shit str8 and keep plugging away like a mofo i think i will be ready for the lightheavys in '11. Im told i have a great frame for comps and low and behold my hips are not that wide at all when i cut down...lol

Dude not to get ahead of myself here, but when i do a side pose with arms stretched out like Arnold is famous for i can't help but think i look good and im getting closer to "THAT" look everyday.

I will keep my gear in check, diet in check and train like a basterd along with really listening to advice here from guys like you and just hope i do well.

i would suggest working to bring the tricep out more, your bi's and delts look good in that shot a little overbearing on your tris tho
